Mail merge to PDF

Bulk-create personalized PDFs from a Word or PDF template plus CSV or Excel data—map merge fields, then generate every letter, invoice, or certificate in one run.

How it works

1. Upload template & data

Add your PDF or Word mail-merge template plus a CSV, XLS, or XLSX list (one row per recipient).

2. Map merge fields

Column headers become merge tags—drag each field onto the page where that value should print.

3. Generate PDFs

Pick output options and run the job; download a separate personalized PDF for every spreadsheet row.

Important notes

  • Large batches take longer—trim unused columns and preview a sample row first.
  • Match header names to the placeholders you expect; extra columns are ignored until mapped.
  • Review a sample row before sending bulk output to customers.
